Garbage Disposal Repair

We depend on our devices and expect them to work effectively without any difficulties connected with their operation. And we are very upset if something does not work. Do not be discouraged there is a way to solve a simple problem

You can resolve some troubles by yourself. However, before you follow the below tips, remember that you should NEVER  put the hand into the disposal.

Imagine that the disposal can not be turned on and is not making any sounds. The problem may be connected with the power supply, so you have to make sure that the disposal is plugged in. If your disposal is plugged in, and you have verified that the Circuit breaker is in the "On" position, push the reset button, found at the bottom of the disposal.

Probably the problem you have is that your garbage disposal is buzzing and can not start. Or when you turn it on, it can not work for a long time, because the device will automatically turns off soon. The flywheel is stuck. Something got into the shredder ring, impellers, or the flywheel. What are your options? Just remember NEVER put the hand into the hopper.  If you decide to try to relaese it, check the power is turned off. The broom handle can be used for this purpose.  Insert it into the top of the disposal and push the flywheel until it starts to turn, or loosen.. The flywheel can be released using the leverage.   If it works, you will feel that the flywheel is turning. Remove the Broom Handle from the disposal before Continuing.  Turn the power on, but do not start the disposal and push the reset button.  Pour some water into the drain and switch on the disposal and then turn it off fast.  The short run will clear the obstacle and wash it down. If all these actions will not help you, call for assistance.

Do not forget to maintain your equipment to keep it in working condition. Follow the directions on the support contained in the instructions for handling that are attached to your garbage disposal.  The easiest way to support the disposal is to grind up ice and pieces of lemon peel in it.
We hope that these tips will help you. But if you have any difficulties, just call us. Our team will gladly help you with your garbage disposal repair!
